3 hour response, 5 days per week.
Inventory of hardware and software.
Operating system status check.
Define operating standards to be applicable.
Maximise memory capacity.
Fully document work carried out.
Back up the system files and data to external media.
Preventative maintenance of IT system.
Monthly checks of operating and security status of computer system.
5 hours of above including one to one training on operating system, internet and microsoft/ mac office applications as required by member company.
