The SotoConnect methodology
When you join SotoConnect we will first create an inventory of the equipment you wish to cover with your membership. We then inspect each item on the inventory and give you a summary of its capabilities, usability and software installed.
When we have agreed with you the machines and peripherals to be covered in your membership we will do a full backup of all the data on your machines and optimise your equipment to perform at its best level possible.
Depending on the current state of your machines we may need to create a fresh installation of all your programs etc in order to guarantee stable and secure performance. If this is required, it will be done, whenever possible, in a way to ensure that no disruptions occur to your business.
